Training
In this context we probably mean retraining as by this stage in our lives we will have received years of education, training and learning in one form or another.This is a huge subject, so again in the context of this site we will only deal with retraining to acquire new skills to increase income.
Top tips
- It's an "no brainer" but start with the internet. There is so much information out there and a lot of it free. For example more and more academic institutions are putting large parts of their syllabus online free. Check out the Massachusetts Institute of Technology website http://web.mit.edu
- Although most colleges have withdrawn a lot of funding for adult education, there are still a number who fund classes in a variety of subjects.
