We specialise in 'Putting Experience to Work ' by matching the skills and experience of mature workers with the needs of employers.
The Prime50plus concept was conceived in 2001 while partner Paul Kern was working with people in the 50 plus age group looking at pre-retirement issues. He discovered that many wanted, instead of retirement, to continue utilising their skills and experience in the jobs market from which they felt excluded. It became apparent to Paul and business partner John Robinson that there was an opportunity to promote their skills, experience and positive attitude of this age group to employers.
After months of research, preparation and planning Prime50plus was established during September 2002 based in the Yorkshire area. A database of candidates was compiled and a network of employers created who appreciated and valued the benefits of employing Prime50plus people.
Prime50plus specialises in mature recruitment and welcome candidates who are able to demonstrate the level of experience skills and abilities which are fundamental to providing a high quality service for our clients.
The Prime50plus concept is proving to be a great success with both employers and mature job seekers and is expanding throughout the UK.
The latest development is the link to with PrimeXperience, a new jobsite which is being promoted to employers throughtout the UK. One of the unique features of the site is that when an advertisement is placed, the employer has un-limited access to all the CV's. This results in CV's being more accessible to employers than on many other jobsites.
