The cost
- An upfront fee of £400 (plus Vat) is payable.* and covers the unlimited face to face interviews.
- If you need more than one person for the same or similar vacancy you are able to employ as many of the candidates as you require.

The small print in brief

- The upfront fee of £400 (plus Vat) is non refundable except when Prime50plus are unable to supply a minimum of two relevant CV’s of candidates who generally meet the agreed job specification within a four week period.

1. INTRODUCTION: These terms and conditions shall apply to all business undertaken by Prime50plus or its agents in relation to the Primefinder service.
2. CHARGES: The Employer shall pay Prime50plus a fee of £400 for the provision candidate CV’s that generally meet the agreed job specification. This fee will cover unlimited face to face interviews between the candidate and the employer or the employers agent. The employer or the employers agent may communicate with the candidate by phone or email to assess the candidates suitability for the vacancy prior to a face to face interview.
3. PAYMENT: Payment is always due in advance. All accounts and charges are subject to VAT at the current rate. Interest will be added to overdue accounts on a monthly basis at the rate of 8% above the prevailing Bank of England base rate. In the event of any legal action being taken to remedy none or late payment, Prime50plus reserve the right to add to the account any legal charges payable.
4. DATA PROTECTION: Prime50plus has registered/notified its intention to process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and will abide by the conditions of the Act.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY: Prime50plus, the Employer and any agent engaged to act on the Employers behalf shall ensure mutual confidentiality of all information exchanged. CV’s are strictly confidential. The Employer shall not pass to any third party any candidate details without consent from Prime50plus. If the Employer passes on details of any candidate introduced by Prime50plus to any third party within six months of such an introduction, the Employer is liable to pay Prime50plus any such fee that would otherwise become available to Prime50plus by any such party.
6. EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY: Prime50plus shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage including any consequential losses, economic losses, financial losses and the like, or cost arising directly or indirectly from the provision, failure to provide or delay in providing a candidate, or from any act, default or omission of the candidate. Although Prime50plus shall endeavour to determine the suitability of each candidate before forwarding any CV, the Employer shall be responsible for satisfying as to the suitability, capability and quality of any candidate and must ensure that any requirements or qualifications required by themselves or by law are met. The Employer shall be solely responsible for the candidate in respect Health and Safety regulations, European Directives and Employment legislation. The Employer shall co-operate with Prime50plus in the compliance by Prime50plus of any such rules and regulations.
7. GENERAL: In the event of conflict with any other terms and conditions these terms and conditions shall prevail and any change or variation will only be valid if confirmed in writing by Prime50plus.
All Agreements between Prime50plus and Employers shall be in accordance with English Law. Use of the Primefinder service implies agreement with the stated terms and conditions.
